Colordyne: Colordyne 3600 Sprint and 3600 Series Retrofit
The Colordyne 3600 Series provides industry-leading print speeds and resolution for label and packaging print production. Colordyne Technologies’ digital conversion program allows users to turn their existing press into a state-of-the-art hybrid digital web press. The 3600 Series Retrofit digital printing platform offers an industry-leading combination of high print quality, fast job production, and low equipment cost. Delphax: elan™500
The elan™500 is the only high-speed cut sheet system on the market to utilize cutting-edge electrostatic technology to control the unique high-speed duplex paper path, providing printing speeds of up to 500 letter/A4 images per minute. Coupled with the Memjet CMYK print head resolution of 1600 x 1600 dpi or 1600 x 800 dpi and a sheet size up to SRA2 (457 x 660 mm), the elan 500 is the most productive color inkjet press in its class.
Digikett: Digi-M-Jet
Digi-M-Jet is the solution for hybrid, digital color printing. It is an all-in-one full-color print tower that provides a mobile and flexible complement to web presses. The versatile unit saves costs by connecting to current paper transport systems, including tension-feed or pin-feed web, giving users with a variety of opportunities. Using two Digi-M-Jet print towers gives users the possibility to print color HSI (High Speed Inkjet) in wide web or duplex, achieving a quality resolution of 1600 by 1375 dpi at speeds up to 102 m/min. By combining up to four Digi-M-Jet Print Towers, users can achieve capacities up to 35,000 A4 pages per hour on a wide web with variable content and duplex capability.

Astro Machine: S1 Color Multimedia Printer and M1DX Duplex Mailing and Addressing Printer
Based on Memjet’s next-generation Sirius print system, The Astro S1 is designed for continuous printing on materials up to 1/4″ thick at speeds up to 60 feet per minute and a maximum print resolution of 1600 X 1600 dpi. The 8.7″ wide printhead allows full-bleed printing on materials up to 8.5″ wide. Built with production in mind, the S1 features high-capacity 250 ML ink tanks that deliver world-leading cost efficiency and run time with a user-friendly front load system.
The Astro M1DX adds a full-speed duplex print engine to the market-leading M1 printer. Printing at speeds of 60 feet per minute and a maximum resolution of 1600 x1600 dpi, the M1DX prints on both sides of an envelope or mailing insert at full-speed, with full-bleed, and in full color. Whether users are upgrading their M1, or purchasing a completely new system, the capability of the M1DX can increase mailing efficiency and capability.
Halm: Halm Ink Jet Press D415MJ
Halm Industries will be in the Memjet booth, discussing the features and functionality of their Halm Ink Jet Press D415MJ, a high-speed inkjet press for the envelope market. This versatile, four-color press utilizes the proven Halm technology to provide high-speed, cost-effective and high-resolution printing of envelopes. The Memjet Print Engine, combined with Xitron color control, gives the Jet Press D415MJ production speeds of over 30,000 eph. The seamless workflow and production capacity of this new product is a perfect fit into today’s evolving print and direct mail businesses, giving them the capability to do long or short-run full-color and variable data jobs, reduce make-ready time, lower material waste.

Afinia Label – Hall 06 / D08: Label printing, finishing specialty print systems
- Afinia will debut the soon-to-be-released CP950 printer for the first time at drupa. Based on the Sirius engine from Memjet, the CP950 is a full-color, industrialized desktop printer that handles media up to one-quarter of an inch in height and prints at 60 feet per minute. Designed to last, the CP950 is ideal for short-run corrugated and card printing as well as other specialty print applications.
- The L801 full color label printer features an industry-leading low cost of ownership and a high-impact, full color output at 60ft./minute, 8.5″ width and 1600 DPI. The L801 color label printer is an industrial web-fed, desktop inkjet solution, which is ideal for short to mid-run inventory and product identification applications.
- The Afinia Label DLP-2000 is a mini digital label press. The DLP-2000 includes an Afinia Label L801, which prints in vibrant, photograph-quality color at six inches per second. The RotoMetrics® cylinder accepts flexible dies up to 12 inches in length allowing for fast, accurate die cutting of any shape.

- NS PRO enables digital full-color short run and on demand roll-to-roll printing with a continuous ink cleaning system. This system is dockable with NSF finishing system that integrates a digital cut plotter, cold lamination, inline dye cutter and slitting.

Trojan Label – Hall 3, Booth 3B31: Labels, Mailing and Packaging systems
Introducing TrojanThree. The TrojanThree overprinter allows OEMs and integrators to quickly create their own Memjet-powered final products, including envelopes, card stock, corrugated packaging, bubble pack, folding cartons, and thicker media such as wood.
Previously, this type of printing had been difficult to accomplish and expensive to produce in short-runs. The TrojanThree can be easily configured with a transport system and fine-tuned for different media types and market segments, opening up a wide-range of business opportunities for OEM’s and integrators.
