Memjet printing technologies bring speed, simplicity, and affordability to an expanding number of markets and users.
At PRINT 17, Memjet, a global leader in digital inkjet technology, will be showcasing solutions that transform what is possible in color printing: the VersaPass™ platform and the recently announced DuraLink™ printing platform. By bringing these advanced printhead, component, and ink technologies to OEM partners in a range of markets, Memjet opens up new business opportunities for print providers around the globe. Memjet will be in booth 3822 at PRINT 17, taking place September 10–14, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois.
Len Lauer, Memjet CEO says, “Memjet has launched a series of technological innovations that expand the power of inkjet into new markets, including label and packaging and wide format. At PRINT 17, we are proud to be launching our second-generation technology, bringing the power of inkjet to high-volume commercial, packaging, and industrial printing markets. With the release of DuraLink, Memjet powers solutions from the desktop all the way up to a commercial press.”
PRINT 17 will mark the introduction of DuraLink. This groundbreaking digital printing platform combines long-life printheads, aqueous pigment ink, and flexible modules that provide OEM partners with a fast, easy way to develop solutions that meet the specific demands of the markets they serve.
Memjet will also be showcasing solutions powered by VersaPass. This technology continues to provide value by delivering a combination of quality, speed, and affordability in an aqueous dye-based, single-pass digital print system that enables on-demand printing. VersaPass is used in solutions that support a variety of markets such as desktop labels, mailing and addressing, wide format, and commercial press.
The most recent VersaPass-powered solutions will be featured in the Memjet stand (3822) at PRINT 17. These solutions were created to open up new opportunities for printers, marketers, and mail house providers who need affordable solutions that can create new lines of business:
IPT – JFlex870 is a retrofit solution lets printers affordably add digital printing to their range of services to produce a wide range of printed communications, including labels, direct mail, transactional, brochures, forms, manuals and folding carton.
New Solution – NS ATOM is a new desktop solution for printing onto precut labels. The NS MULTI is a new wide-format printer that produces packaging applications, including printing and laminating on substrates such as corrugated board.
Printware – The iJetColorPro is a Must See ‘Em award winner. This light industrial system can print full color filled or unfilled envelopes of various sizes and shapes for volumes targeted at 1,750 to 7,120 variable images per hour.
Mr. Lauer concludes, “All of us at Memjet are proud of the work we have done to launch DuraLink and the ongoing effort we bring to developing and supporting OEM partners that develop cutting edge solutions using our VersaPass technology. We look forward to showcasing both of these innovations at PRINT 17.”
